About us.
Ripple Effect Arts Festival is a countywide celebration of creativity taking place April 16–26, 2026. For 11 days, Santa Cruz County will come alive with exhibitions, performances, music, and cultural events that showcase the extraordinary depth of our local arts community.
Our vision is simple: to connect and celebrate the vibrant arts of Santa Cruz County while expanding access for all. Designed for all ages, the festival invites locals and visitors alike to explore and engage with the arts at venues and organizations across the region. Collaboration is at the heart of Ripple Effect. By pairing artists and organizations across disciplines, the festival sparks unexpected partnerships and innovative experiences that inspire
curiosity, creativity, and connection.
This is a volunteer-driven effort. Participation for venues and organizations is free - we simply ask our partners to help amplify the festival’s presence so together we can make a bigger splash.
More than just an event, Ripple Effect is an immersive celebration of creativity—a chance to experience the transformative power of the arts through dynamic performances, hands-on activities, and collaborative events.
